Track Gazing Durations
Everybody has different tolerances for sungazing. Beginners will want to start at a very short duration, whereas advanced gazers may prefer to begin at a much longer duration. Sungazer allows you to click a simple button during the “safe zone” and begin a countdown that you can gaze during. At the end of the countdown your phone will sound an alarm which will serve as your reminder to stop sungazing and wait until tomorrow to continue.
As you use the app more Sungazer will automatically increase the duration you are suggested to sungaze for each day up to the maximum recommended amount.
